We understand that plans can change and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged. However, appointments are reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to another client.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price. Deposits are non-refundable when the cancellation policy has been breached.
If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting us, this will be classed as a no-show. A 100% charge of the booked treatment price may apply. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Repeated no-shows may result in future appointments requiring full payment in advance.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or, where this is not possible, cancelled. The applicable cancellation fee may still apply.
We appreciate that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Each situation will be considered at the discretion of Pure Skincare & Aesthetics.
Where a deposit is required to secure an appointment, the deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the appointment is cancelled within the cancellation period or if you fail to attend.
